We have confirmed that a scam involving an account calling itself "Skill Lab Services" impersonating Nanjo-En occurred on the WhatsApp app around 5 PM on September 27th.
If you are approached by this account, do not open the link, block the account, and report it!
It appears that information was stolen from the main source of our site controller (a system that allows us to centrally manage and synchronize reservations and inventory from multiple accommodation booking sites and our own website), and that damage has occurred in Japan by impersonating the names of multiple facilities using the same site controller.
Changes to passwords and other related matters have already been completed.
Please be careful everyone.
